The artist had the following conception when creating this art: I thought about judgement day, When we go to God. He presented me this bill and asked: why he should let me in to heaven with all these sins?
“Life Bill” is a striking conceptual artwork that blurs the lines between consumerism and morality. This piece, made from acrylic, mimics the appearance of a paper bill but instead of listing purchases, it details a series of sins. Just like an actual receipt, the various “items” are tallied, and at the bottom, the total is summed up. Beneath this calculation lies a chilling statement: “Welcome to Hell.”
The work serves as a stark reflection on the cost of moral transgressions in a visually familiar format, turning an everyday object into a powerful commentary on human behavior. “Life Bill” is part of a limited edition of just 8 pieces worldwide, each framed and equipped with LED lighting to enhance its impact.
