Cobelentz is originally a very creative family. Creativity has been instilled in this family from generation to generation. As a granddaughter, Karianne Derijcke started Cobelentsz art to honor her grandmother, she inspired her to start the creative process and to follow what you enjoy doing most.

Karianne, who completed her studies in the academy for sports and physiotherapy, chose a different path and followed her heart.

She has her own company in casting crystal clear high-quality epoxy, where she works for well-known designers and artists, to create a beautiful high-quality product.

But her own creative heart and brain made her decide to create her own Cobelentzs art.

She is using many different techniques. There is only 1 of each art object made, they are all different and unique.

Her creations arise from special, unique objects that she searches for or comes across. Where after some time a design and creation is made that is a feast for the eyes. Karianne looks for special items of high quality, which takes some time before the combination is complete. Each art object is characterized by originality, and all items processed in the epoxy receive the most special treatment to make them stand out even more.

If a customer wants his own personal items incorporated, she creates a completely custom-made work of art.

She uses epoxy to make a 3D block in different sizes and dimensions. The work is so precise, hand – and tailor-made. She casts layer by layer, with floating objects with a modern, vintage & luxury twist, which takes an average of 3 months for most objects to be finished.
